Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson and Councillor Mark Taylor, Chair of Community and Protective Services Committee, will launch the 2013 skating season at the Rink of Dreams with an official flag raising ceremony.
Helping raise the flag will be Cyril Leeder, President of Senators Sports and Entertainment, and Spartacat.
Ottawa residents are invited to bring their skates to the Rink of Dreams, take part in public skating and enjoy free hot chocolate before and after the flag raising ceremony.
