Ottawa– In honour of the late John Mlacak, the flag at the John G. Mlacak Centre, located at 2500 Campeau Drive, will be flown at half-mast from sunrise until late evening on September 27, 2014. Mr. Mlacak served as the Reeve for March Township from 1968 to 1976.
Mr. Mlacak passed away on September 19, 2014. A celebration of his life will be held on September 27, 2014 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the John G. Mlacak Centre.
