On Monday, September 30, more than 200 people attended the City’s Women and Gender Equity Strategy forum at Ottawa City Hall.
The forum was held to validate the strategy’s priorities. These include housing, safety, building awareness, gender-based violence, gender-sensitive work environments, funding for gender-specific social services, public engagement, accountability and data.
