Ottawa– Mayor Jim Watson will be joined by Councillor Diane Deans, Chair of the City’s Community and Protective Services Committee, Linda Russell, Co-Chair of the Doors Open Ottawa Advisory Council, and Jean-Michel Lemieux, Senior Vice-President of Engineering at Shopify, representing one of the more than 120 participating buildings, to launch Doors Open Ottawa 2016.

Paid parking is available at City Hall or on surrounding streets. A guided tour of Shopify headquarters will take place following the speeches.
Doors Open Ottawa is a celebration of Ottawa’s built heritage, offering residents and visitors the chance to explore some of the city’s finest and most interesting properties, free of charge. This year’s event takes place on Saturday, June 4 and Sunday, June 5.
